SOLD - Happy Sellers, Erin and John

How I met Erin (and John) is one of my favorite stories.

Erin contacted me in February based on her search for agents who had sold live/work units in Downtown Seattle. I had sold a property in the Gallery downtown 4 years prior, and it received multiple offers. Erin and John owned a live/work unit and they wanted to sell it. They wanted to hire someone who had experience selling this unique style of property.

Given the not-so-great downtown market, they were undecided if they wanted to sell or rent and wait for the market to pick back up again. We stayed in touch over the next few months, and in July, they decided to sell.

I loved working with Erin and John. They listened well. :) I gave them a punch list of items that would need to be taken care of if they wanted to sell for the price I gave them, and they did everything on the list without my guidance! And it was done well. Next up, I got my stager in there and she transformed the once industrial-feeling space into one of warmth. It looked fantastic.

This one took a bit longer to sell (21 days before we got an offer, but it was a strong cash offer, so we closed not too long after), but considering the neighbors is still on the market after 139 days, I'd say we did just fine. :)

Congrats, Erin and John, it was a pleasure working with you!

And, if you are reading this and need to sell a live/work unit, I am your gal.
