Hello! I'm Julie. A busy single mom to two AMAZING kids. They are my everything, and every decision I make in life is for them, including working hard at slanging real estate. I love my kids AND I love my work, and I also love to travel, solo and with my kids.

I hope you find these bits entertaining enough to follow along. It's therapeutic for me to get all of my thoughts out, and to think maybe, MAYBE someone else enjoys reading them makes me keep going. These are a few of my favorite things (other than my kids, real estate, and travel): running, yoga, peloton, skiing, KEXP (IYKYK), sushi, animals, mountains, beaches, mid-century modern EVERYTHING, bright colors, sleeping in, and the sunshine.
