If you love trees, I'm the house for you.

I'm nestled quietly among towering evergreens (hello, Evergreen State!), giving forest vibes while still being minutes from freeway access and grocery stores. The trees bring birds, and the birds bring song. It's peaceful here—but not remote. I was born in 1967, which apparently makes me vintage now (not old—vintage). And buyers love mid-century homes, so I'm feeling pretty good about my chances.

My main floor is light and bright, even with all these trees sheltering me. And those trees? They're my savior in the summer—natural air conditioning, free of charge.

But let's talk about what everyone's really talking about: my mudroom.

This is Pinterest-worthy stuff. A true mudroom coming straight off the garage with storage, skylights, laundry, AND a half bath. My owners knew what they were doing when they designed me.

They say the kitchen is the heart of the home. Wrong. my mudroom is the heart of the home. You'll do so much laundry here, you'll be begging your family to mess their clothes.

Upstairs, I have a west-facing kitchen with cool cork flooring that opens to a family room. My current owners used this as their informal dining room, but use it however you like. I think it makes a great spot to watch all the winning Seattle sports teams while you make dinner (Go, M's!).

On the other side of the kitchen? A more formal dining and living space with stunning wood ceilings, a fireplace, and a door to the deck that leads to the backyard.

Yes, there are more trees back there. Lots of them. These trees are your friends—offering coziness, privacy, and free air conditioning that my non-treed cousin lots can't provide.

Head down the hall from the front door to the opposite side of the house, where you'll find two bedrooms, a full bath, and the primary suite with an updated bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower, separate water closet, huge walk-in closet with a built-in safe, and a skylight. (Who else loves natural light in their closets?)

But wait, there's more!

Downstairs, I have brand-new, never-lived-on carpet (no worries about mystery stains—I'm fresh), and tons of storage. There are also two more bedrooms, a full bath, another laundry room (yes, laundry on EACH floor!), another living space with another fireplace, a game room, and a door to the backyard.
