This is a shout out to the amazing Pivot Farm in Redmond, WA, where we recently had my daughter's 7th birthday.

We discovered this place when I was searching for spots for my kids, and myself, to take horseback riding lessons. We had gone to another place a couple of times, but it just wasn't a fit. So, I gave Pivot Farm a shot. I immediately knew Pivot Farm would be a better fit.

Pivot Farm is owned by Brandelyn Tafoya, wife of ex-Seahawks defensive end, Joe Tafoya. And these two lovely people are just the sweetest. Their farm feels like home. It is cute, for one, peaceful, and filled with some of the most amazing animals. Our first visit, we held baby goats, and baby chickens, and the horse used for kids' riding lessons, Lady, is pint-sized, perfect for pint-sized humans. Everything felt so good. So much so that I asked if they did kids' birthday parties. Brandelyn said yes, and so that is how we decided to have my daughter's birthday party here. For parties, they offer unicorn rides, baby goat and baby chicken petting, a place to set up for cake and presents, and access to the farm to explore. Brandelyn and Joe have two kids, so there is a trampoline and swing set that all of the kids enjoyed playing on, too.
Outside of kids' birthday parties and riding lessons the farm also offers additional farm experiences such as meeting and riding the unicorn, goat snuggle session, and they also offer hatching eggs ready for incubation and live chicks. And did I mention how cute the farm is??? SO cute. :)
This place is dreamy. I highly recommend a visit whether it's for riding lessons, a party, or for some baby goat snuggles.
