Our flight home from Montana landed in Seattle Monday at 2:30PM. Any normal, sane person would get themselves (and their kids) home, begin unpacking, and unwind. But, I am not normal, and definitely not sane. I booked a listing appointment for 4:30PM. So, after the kids' dad picked them up for his visit with them, I changed into my "You will choose me as your agent" pants, and drove to Eddie Vedder's hood for a listing appointment. Yep, this house might be right across the street from the Pearl Jam's front man's house. Or maybe it's not. My lips are sealed. However, check back with me next month as I may have some more information on this.. IF I get the listing. Fingers crossed.
Tuesday morning, after I dropped the kids off at school, I had therapy, which I always look forward to (everyone should be in therapy, I wish it was more financially accessible), then an offer review (multiple offers received for my seller!), which was done on the phone in my traveling office AKA ma voiture, then I received an offer on a new construction condo that has been on the market 14 days (an eternity in this market) then way out to Snoqualmie (which is 45 minutes east of Seattle) for a photo prep on a Premier listing that is coming on the market today (check back to see this amazing property), then back to West Seattle for a listing appointment, then to pick up my kids from school. Phew!I was able to get it all done!
Wednesday was a much more low-key day. I only had one offer review planned, which also received multiple offers. That makes TWO very happy sellers this week!
Today is filled with Zoom meetings, final listing prep for a property going on the market tomorrow,, and MAYBE I will find some time to unpack from our trip...
